   Our core activity: structured engineering, project leadership, and technical execution underpinned by clear agreements and a defined scope.

2. Strategic Integration | Directional Alignment
   When needed, we extend beyond project boundaries. We contribute to roadmap alignment, governance discussions, and long-term technical positioning.
   Not as external critics — but as people who understand the consequences of implementation.
3. Selective Co-Creation | Shared Responsibility
   In specific situations, alignment deepens. We have skin in the game. We may invest time, knowledge, network, and occasionally capital. Equity participation is never assumed. It is earned through mutual trust and shared ambition. Co-creation is not a revenue model. It is a commitment model.
4. Governance & Participation | Situational Structure
   In select cases, we engage through minority shareholding or project-based equity. We participate in board memberships or long-term advisory roles when structural continuity and shared responsibility are required for sustainable medium- and long-term value.

• Gravity Pressure Vessel
  Developed with Genesyst International Inc., this proprietary technology converts waste into energy — transforming waste from liability into an asset.
• QRS Blue
  Developed with Ruma Products, a scalable solution for well repair based on advanced compound technology. A simple, self-activated, self-repairing system.
• Servitization Blue Program
  Developed independently and funded in-house, specific to agriculture. Built on best practices from OEM leaders such as AGCO, Agrifac and FarmaxWasse.
• Greeneye
  AI-driven weed and pest control technology in agriculture. We supported technology development and contributed during the Series A funding round with AGCO.
• Analytics-as-a-Service (with SAS Institute)
  Advanced AI systems made accessible to manufacturing businesses, aligned with tailored Servitization models.
• New collaborations are currently in development (2026-2027).
