Our name reflects this purpose: Scheper.Co — where “&Co” represents Scheper’s collaboration with visionary founders, leadership teams, and industrial partners. Our logo and the elephant metaphor are deliberate: they express the traits that define Scheper.Co culture and our approach to collaboration. The elephant reminds us to stay curious, ask the right questions, and connect what others overlook.
