Together with HP Wellscreen, we distribute the QRS in the Middle East and Africa. Recently we repaired a fresh-water well, at a large innovative dairy farm with tens-of-thousands cows in the Middle East. The QRS is a serious option for the repair of; leaks in wells, and modifications/repairs of wells. We have managed to repair a leaking downhole filter. By successfully running the QRS into the well, whereby the defective filter screens within 1 industrial fresh-water well have been blinded.

We are expanding our activities with the QRS!

After a successful first pilot attempt at beginning of this year in the Middle East. We are happy to announce that HP Well Screen has become our 2nd prime partner! HP Well Screen will focus on the Middle East and Africa for further distribution of the QRS.

Boode remains our prime partner (since 2019 ) for Europe, the United Kingdom and Asia, for the distribution of the QRS. And is meanwhile active within a broad base of different clients.

Ruma Products and Scheper.Co defined this product already in 2015 and we can see now a widespread adoption. The product will be increasingly important for many wells and our prime necessity of life, WATER! Soon we can share different cases that are executed by our partners for drink water,  agriculture applications and many more.

QRS (Oblique-Repair-Shell) offers an innovative solution for the repair of wells.

The QRS is a combination of a simple , self-activated and self-repairing system, based on advanced compound technology.
The QRS systems are suitable for Water wells, Energy (Cold-Heat) Storage wells and Chemical Disposal wells up to 500m deep.

Common problems/applications which can be foreseen;

  • Damaged or torn well filters and risers.
  • External well leaks that cause pollution problems (redox).
  • Damaged and unreliable wells that malfunctions due sand deliveries.
  • Preventive use by targeted critical pressure tests and service / maintenance activities.
  • Protecting or sealing (critical) connections (glued and screwed).

H2O publiceerde in hun editie van 22 maart over de QRS blue.

De Oblique-Repair-Shell (QRS) maakt het mogelijk bronnen op een eenvoudige wijze te herstellen. Scheuren en andere beschadigingen in verticale pijpleidingen van onder andere grondwaterbronnen en putten voor warmte- koudeopslag (WKO) worden hiermee afgedekt, zodat lekkages worden verholpen.

De QRS (Oblique-Repair-Shell) biedt een innovatieve oplossing voor service/onderhoud en reparatie van bronnen. De QRS is een eenvoudig, zelf reparerend systeem, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van geavanceerde compound technologie. Het product is geschikt voor o.a. Water-, WKO- en Chemische Disposal Bronnen tot 500m diep.

U kunt hierbij denken aan de onderstaande toepassingen:

  • Gescheurde of beschadigde bronfilters en stijgbuizen.
  • Uitwendige bron lekkages die zorgen voor vervuilingsproblemen door bijv. redox.
  • Beschadigde bron die slecht functioneert door zand levering.
  • Preventief gebruik bij beoogde kritieke drukproeven en service/ onderhoudsactiviteiten.
  • Beschermen of sealen van verbindingen (gelijmd en geschroefd).
